At Metro Property Management when you sign a Tenancy Agreement with us we will also fill in a Direct Debit form for your rent. These are coded with the references we require to identify your deposit. All rent is due one period in advance.
Should you for any reason miss a payment there are a couple of options:
Come into the office to pay. (We have eftpos facilities and accept cash or bank cheques. Credit cards and personal cheques are not accepted as forms of payment)
Going into your local branch of National Bank and paying cash
Doing an internet/phone banking transfer.
Please remember that if you want to go to the National Bank or pay via internet/phone banking, you will need the bank account number and your tenant reference code. These are located on your Tenancy Agreement or you can phone our office.
