The start of November signals the kick-off of the annual Ray White Rent Event. The 2020 event will take the form of a four-part educational series for landlords with each instalment live-streamed on the world-wide web.
What will be covered?
Topics covered in the Landlord Academy Series will include important issues facing landlords and tenants such as the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2020 and Healthy Homes Standards.
We’ll talk about risks related with property management and how positive outcomes can be achieved for both tenants and investment property owners.
Who will host the live-streamed sessions?
The Landlord Academy sessions will be hosted by Zac Snelling — Head of Ray White Property Management, New Zealand. Zac will bring his passion for the industry and wealth of property management experience and knowledge to each session.
Zac will be joined by guest speakers, each bringing their own unique skillset and insights for attendees to benefit from.
Who is the Landlord Academy Series for?
This educational series will best serve landlords interested in gaining a deeper understanding of property management, better serving their responsibilities as a landlord, and getting improved returns from their investment property.
Can attendees ask questions?
Each session will feature a Q & A session in which participants can actively ask any questions they may have.
