Arlene Gollan

Prior to joining us Arlene worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. She has been involved in everything from guest services to finance and eventually managing conferences and events.  All of these skills make Arlene a natural fit for property management. She has great time management skills, her attention to detail is excellent and she has loads of empathy and relates to both our owners and tenants.

Outside of the office Arlene enjoys running, rediscovering Christchurch and mediation.  Having recently returned from living in Melbourne for the last nine years Arlene decided to make the move home to Christchurch to be closer to family and friends and is loving being back home.
