Please remember that due to the public holidays, your regular end of month payment will not be disbursed until the 5th of January 2011. If you have payments due on mortgages etc, we strongly suggest you make arrangements to avoid any penalties.
Our office will be closed over the statutory holidays as below
2pm this Friday 24 December and will re-open on Wednesday 29 December at 8.30am
2pm Friday 31 December and will re-open on Wednesday 5 January at 8.30am
To spend some much needed time with family, the property managers will be attending to emergencies only through the closed periods. Anything outside of this will be attended to on the following working day.
